For over 7 years Rich Power is the dynamic leader and seasoned low-code developer with a proven track record in creating innovative software applications and successful implementation projects. As the President of Creative Software Development Labs, Rich brings over two decades of experience in software engineering, solution consulting, and business management to steer the company toward continued growth and excellence.

Rich holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan. With a strong educational foundation and practical expertise, Rich has developed a versatile skill set, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Visual C#, Visual Basic, and Python. He is also adept with various databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake, and has experience with modern IDEs like Visual Studio and Eclipse.

Throughout his career, Rich has held pivotal roles in reputable organizations, including FIS, Siemens Digital Industries Software, and Highmark Inc. In these positions, he demonstrated exceptional technical skills, notably in application and mobile app development, REST API utilization, database design, and deployment management. A certified Mendix Rapid Developer, Rich has a keen focus on low-code development, having created impactful applications for global clients.

Under Rich's leadership, Creative Software Development Labs has excelled in delivering cutting-edge solutions, leveraging cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and exploring emerging technologies such as AI and big data analytics. He is passionate about continuous learning and innovation, currently exploring advanced topics in Python, Spark, and Kubernetes to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, Rich is also an accomplished athlete, having won the 2024 USATF 50K Championship and completed 180 marathons, including notable finishes in the NYC and Boston Marathons. He is also an Eagle Scout and has been actively involved in community service, including serving as the Treasurer for his subdivision's homeowners association.

Gary Clark

Executive Vice President

Gary Clark is a highly accomplished sales executive with over 20 years of experience in software sales, services, channel sales, marketing, and engagement management. As the Executive Vice President of Sales at Creative Software Development Labs, Gary leverages his extensive expertise to drive significant revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

Gary's career is marked by consistent top performance, achieving over $32 million in quota credit in the past nine years. At Oracle, he exceeded targets in two of three years, including a remarkable 235% of quota in 2022 and the highest attainment in his group in 2021. His tenure at Demand Solutions North Central saw him grow the business from $0 to over $2.3 million in annual revenue within four years, demonstrating his strategic account management and sales acumen.

Throughout his career, Gary has been a key player in successful engagements across various industries, including automotive, industrial, financial services, consumer packaged goods (CPG), healthcare, and high tech. He has a strong track record in securing major deals with prominent companies such as GM, Ford, American Axle, and others. His expertise spans AI solutions, ERP, supply chain management, demand management, financial reporting, customer experience (CX), configure-price-quote (CPQ), and machine learning (ML).

At Creative Software Development Labs, Gary leads the sales strategy, focusing on leveraging AI and cloud-based solutions to enhance customer outcomes. He is known for his ability to develop relationships and technical collaborations that align with client priorities and budgets. In 2023, Gary achieved 175% of his sales quota, making significant inroads with Tier 1 automotive suppliers.

Gary holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing Strategy from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with minors in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has received extensive sales training, including programs such as Challenger, Miller Heiman, and MEDDICC, among others.
